Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location with easy access to downtown Laurel and nearby restaurants. While the exterior and lobby appear new and inviting, the rooms show signs of wear and could use some maintenance. The breakfast options are decent, but some amenities like water pressure and air conditioning need improvement. The price of $130 a night feels a bit steep given the issues encountered.
I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Laurel, MS, where my granddaughter and I attended a baby shower. The room was quiet and very comfortable, which we really appreciated. While the pool was nice, there weren't enough towels available, which could use some attention. The breakfast could have been better, as we missed some items, but overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
During my stay, I found this hotel to have a modern vibe and comfortable accommodations. The staff was attentive and provided useful amenities, but the cleanliness of the bathroom left a bit to be desired. The breakfast had a decent variety; however, it did run out of some items during peak hours. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money and was a pleasant place to rest.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location is decent and the breakfast options were plentiful, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired. The heating system was inefficient, and overall, it felt outdated and uncomfortable. If cleanliness and comfort are priorities for you, this hotel might not be the best choice.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the breakfast was a highlight with great options and the staff at the front desk were helpful, the state of the rooms left much to be desired. There were cleanliness issues and a lack of maintenance that really impacted my stay. Overall, I can’t say I would recommend it based on the condition for the price I paid.
